Mindjeres di Mundo – meaning women of the world in Bissau-Guinean Creole – was a one-day exhibition, co-presented with Leeds Black Feminist Society.
Featuring an art installation showcasing an all-femme and non-binary roster of emerging Leeds-based artists, the exhibition also included a roundtable talk facilitated by the society, and brief film screenings.
It created a safe, creative space centring Black women, femmes, non-binary and trans voices.
